Result of General Meeting
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the Main Market listed property investment company that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution, as set out in the Circular and Notice of General Meeting dated 9 January 2019, was duly passed.
The total number of ordinary shares on the register (excluding shares held in treasury) at 6 p.m. on 23 January 2019, being those eligible to be voted on at the meeting, was 45,883,249.
