A copy of the annual report and accounts and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and is available from the Company's website, www.palacecapitalplc.com/. The annual report and accounts and notice of AGM have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. 

The AGM will be held at the offices of CMS Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF at 10.00 a.m. on 25th July 2018.
