Palace Capital announces that the Company's issued share capital, as at the date of this announcement, comprises 25,250,692 ordinary shares of 10p each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). This figure excludes the 549,587 ordinary shares now held in treasury.

The aforementioned figure of 25,250,692 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
