The Board of Palace Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Anthony Charles Dove, aged 66, as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Anthony has over 30 years experience in the corporate sector. He was a partner at Simmons & Simmons from 1977 until 1999. In 1998 he joined the board of Tops Estates plc, a fully listed company, and remained so until 2005 when the company was acquired by Land Securities plc. He is currently a Managing Director of Locate Continental Properties Kft a private Hungarian company with investments in Budapest and was a trustee of the Gynaecology Cancer Research Fund from 2002 to 2009. Anthony read law at Cambridge, was admitted as a solicitor in 1969 and retired from practice in 1999.

Anthony Dove does not beneficially hold any shares in Palace Capital. In addition to the other Directors of the Company, in order to keep operating costs of the Company to a minimum, Mr Dove has agreed not to receive any salary or fee until the Company has completed its first acquisition.
